Graham Owen joined Aguer Havelock Associates, Inc. in 2008 as an Associate. His primary focus includes office building landlord and tenant representation, client relations, and property marketing within the Sacramento Valley and Northern California market areas.



Graham’s professional experience originates in the legal field. Before joining Aguer Havelock Associates, he worked with Pacific Legal Foundation as a property rights attorney. His legal background allows him to proactively offer clients sound advice and solutions during the analysis and negotiation of a transaction.



Graham obtained his juris doctorate with distinction from the McGeorge School of Law. While obtaining his law degree, he was active as a McGeorge Law Review Comment staff writer and McGeorge Law Review Legislation staff writer, as well as, president of the McGeorge Intellectual Property Student Association. Graham also holds two bachelors degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Chemistry and Biochemistry.



Graham obtained his real estate broker license in 2008.
