Michael Springer joined Aguer Havelock Associates, Inc. as an Associate in 2007 where he has focused primarily on quality office leasing, commercial investments and the representation of office tenants. Mike’s background and experience in the areas of marketing and sales as well a commitment to customer service serve him well in the commercial real estate industry.



Recently, Mike began classes to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). The CCIM designation is one of commercial real estates most respected and coveted designations. The holder is known and recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.



Mike graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a degree in Business Finance. While at CSUS, he competed on the Division I Men’s Soccer Team and helped guide the team to one of their most successful seasons.



Additionally, Mike is actively involved in seasonal soccer camps for children and coaches at the youth level. Much of the emphasis integrated into the soccer camps was on work ethic and discipline — two important qualities he brings to clients and the commercial real estate field.



Mike also enjoys active involvement in the Point West Rotary Club.
